- No obscene or adult content will be allowed on this website. No images will be posted that are inappropriate. No links that direct our visitors to objectionable websites will be tolerated ...ever.
- We reserve the right to approve/reject any image that is included on our home page...no exceptions.
- If your image is rejected because it is not in good taste, you will have the chance to resubmit another image/billboard.
- If any link is found to direct visitors to objectionable websites, your image/link will be deleted and if you paid for your space money will not be refunded. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
- This website and all images/links are guaranteed to be up for at least ten (10) years.
- Once submitted and accepted, no images/links will be able to be changed except for extenuating circumstances. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Dr. Adam and Mrs. Brittany Battaglia are the sole owners or NeverEndingBillboard.com. When you upload an image to a free or paid space, you do not own that space but you are guaranteed that space for at least ten (10) years.
- Non animated images must be jpeg or gif format.
- 1 space max for company/individuals choosing "free" option.
- No maximum number of spaces for those choosing to buy space.
- Please allow 2-3 days for funds to clear and for our web developer to update our site.
- All images on our homepage are copyrights of their individual owners.
- Spaces that do not have coordinates pop up when you hover over them will be made available as the homepage expands.
- If a person assumes a space at the bottom of the homepage, we reserve the right to add onto the grid making it bigger and they will therefore no longer be on the bottom, they will be in the middle somewhere.
